It appears that the future lies with foldable smartphones, which we can use as an alternative to laptops and tablets. After Samsung, OnePlus, Motorola, and Huawei, another foldable smartphone, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, is ready to be announced on 20th August, 2025. However, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to go on sale in 9th October of this year with Android 16 and the Gemini AI assistant.
German site WinFuture has shared the Pixel 10 Pro Fold’s spec sheet, confirming earlier leaks that the upcoming foldable will carry an IP68 rating. If accurate, it’ll be the first foldable with an official rating for full protection against dust and immersion in water.

The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold reveal is barely two days out, yet the rumor mill keeps churning. This morning, yet another bunch of detailed specs landed, detailing nearly every facet of the phone ahead of the stage presentation.
