How Many TikTok Videos By Pakistani Users Deleted In 3 Months?

According to the company officials, the World’s top Video-sharing app, TikTok, has started the video deletion process around the world, and in the first quarter of 2025, they have deleted almost 25 million TikTok Videos By Pakistani users’ accounts on the platform. TikTok is owned by the ByteDance company.

The content creators around the world upload millions of videos daily on TikTok, the content of which is checked under the principles of Community Guidelines. In this regard, TikTok has released a report on the implementation of Community Guidelines for the first quarter of 2025.

According to the report, TikTok removed 211,097,307 videos from the platform worldwide for violating Community Guidelines between January and March 2025. This is equivalent to about 0.9% of the videos uploaded to TikTok.

In the deleted videos, more than 184.3 million were identified, which were against TikTok policies and deleted by automated systems, and more than 7.5 million were reinstated after further review.

According to the company, the rate of pre-deletion of TikTok videos by Pakistani was 99 percent, and 94.3 percent of the content was removed from the platform within 24 hours of posting. Specifically, in Pakistan, more than 24.954 million videos were deleted during this process.

Further, about 95.8 percent of the videos that violated the guidelines were deleted within 24 hours of posting. The report also said that 30.1 percent of the deleted videos contained sensitive or mature topics that did not comply with TikTok’s policies on content.

Almost 11.5 percent of the videos violated the platform’s safety and decency standards, while 15.6 percent violated privacy and security guidelines. On the other hand, in deleted videos, 45.5 percent were marked as misinformation, and 13.8 percent were identified as edited media and artificial intelligence-generated content.
