Job Title: SEO Expert
Location: On-Site (Gulberg, Lahore)
We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Expert with strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and ethical link building. Our main objective is to drive consistent, high-quality ORGANIC TRAFFIC to our websites and client projects. Your portfolio, proven track record, and understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T principles will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic traffic growth for our websites and client projects.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify potential, low-competition, and high-conversion keywords using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Plan and execute technical SEO audits to ensure websites comply with Google’s best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using Google Search Console and other analytics tools, interpreting metrics to improve rankings.
- Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies for long-term authority and ranking improvements.
- Stay updated on Google Search Console updates, algorithm changes, and SEO trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Ensure alignment with Google E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles to enhance credibility and visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize blogs, guides, and resources for SEO best practices.
- Maintain compliance with organic, ethical SEO standards (no black-hat or gray-hat tactics).
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist/Expert with a strong portfolio showcasing results.
- In-depth knowledge of Google E-E-A-T guidelines and their impact on ranking.
- Advanced understanding of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
- Strong grasp of technical SEO (site audits, crawl optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Hands-on expertise in on-page SEO (content optimization, meta tags, headings, schema markup).
- Strong off-page SEO experience with a focus on organic link building and authority growth.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Tech Guides, Career Development Blogs, and multi-niche SEO projects.
- Familiarity with content strategy and collaboration with writers/editors.
- Knowledge of AI and emerging SEO tools for advanced optimization.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and rich snippets.
